All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Because we are a curated consignment boutique, each item is inspected and packaged individually prior to dispatch.

We ship across Canada using tracked and insured courier services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, Presley Co Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
